AOC Defends ICE Attackers—Warns “We’re Going to Have a Problem” if Democrats Face Justice

So now we’ve reached the point where Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is threatening law enforcement if they dare to hold her radical pals accountable for literally storming a federal facility. Democrats are once again defending criminal behavior, this time involving sitting members of Congress and a big-city mayor playing political theater at an ICE detention center like it’s the Hunger Games.

Last Friday, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested for criminal trespass after charging into the Delaney Hall Detention Center in New Jersey alongside three Democrat House members — Reps. LaMonica McIver, Bonnie Watson Coleman, and Rob Menendez. Apparently, breaking into a secure federal immigration facility is now part of the Democrats’ “oversight” duties. I must’ve missed that in the Constitution.

According to The Gateway Pundit, ICE bodycam footage shows Rep. McIver not just shouting at officers, but actually getting physical. But hey, if you’re a Democrat with the right hashtags and enough buzzwords like “justice” and “oppression,” you can apparently assault federal agents without consequences. That’s where we are.

Now comes AOC, fresh off her latest Instagram meltdown, threatening that there will be “hell to pay” if DHS arrests any of her Congressional comrades. “You lay a finger on them, we’re going to have a problem,” she warned, accusing DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE of being “un-American,” “treasonous,” and a “paramilitary force.” I’m not sure what Constitution she’s reading from, but I can guarantee it’s not the one ratified in 1788.

Let’s be clear: members of Congress are not above the law. They don’t get a “get out of jail free” card because they slap the word “oversight” on a press stunt. If you storm a federal facility without authorization, harass agents, and interfere with security operations — that’s a crime. It doesn’t matter if you’re a mayor, a Congresswoman, or a TikTok influencer with a press pass.

These lawmakers weren’t denied access — they were told to follow protocol. Instead, they chose a photo op. They chose confrontation. And now, rather than owning up to the chaos they caused, AOC is going full scorched-earth and threatening the very institutions meant to uphold law and order.

Here’s a thought: if Democrats want to see fewer arrests, maybe they should stop encouraging their members to break federal law. Or is accountability only for the rest of us?

It’s long past time someone reminded these radicals: no one is above the law — not even loudmouths with Congressional pins.
