Trump Family Member Hints At Run For Political Office

Well, it looks like the Trump political dynasty talk isn’t just some media fantasy after all. Eric Trump, President Trump’s middle son, isn’t exactly shutting the door on jumping into the political arena himself. In fact, during a recent interview with the Financial Times, Eric made it clear that he’s thinking about it, and honestly, who can blame him? Look around at half the swamp creatures running the country right now. You don’t have to be a political genius to outshine some of these clowns in D.C.

Eric, now 41, reflected on the idea that a “political path” is definitely open for him. Of course, the real hesitation isn’t about qualifications or whether he’d win; it’s about whether he wants to subject his family to the non-stop attacks, lies, and personal destruction that come with wearing the Trump last name and stepping into politics. Anyone paying attention over the last decade knows the Left and the establishment media have waged war on the Trump family simply for standing up to the D.C. elites.

During his Time Person of the Year interview back in December, President Trump didn’t shy away from floating the idea that his family has what it takes to keep the America First movement alive. He specifically pointed to Eric as “very capable” and noted how different he is from his brother Don Jr., who’s already a regular firebrand in conservative circles.

Let’s not forget, Lara Trump, Eric’s wife, has already dipped her toe into the political pond as co-chair of the Republican National Committee. Her name’s been floated as a potential Senate primary challenger to Thom Tillis in North Carolina, and let’s be honest, that race could use some fresh energy. Tillis has managed to annoy the MAGA base repeatedly, especially with his squishy positions on issues like border security and his obsession with the January 6 narrative that Democrats love to milk.

Eric’s been more behind the scenes, running the Trump Organization and being a featured speaker at rallies, but you can tell the political itch is there. His frustration with what he called “half the politicians” out there is relatable to just about every conservative voter tired of weak, spineless Republicans in office.

When asked if 2024 is the last time a Trump will appear on the ticket, Eric was blunt: “Time will tell.” Translation? The Trump name isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, and the Left should probably brace themselves.
